Sandpaper letters, print

Each sandpaper letter is lower case mounted on tiles with the consonants painted pink and the vowels painted blue.

By seeing, saying and feeling the letters the child has a multisensory experience in learning the alphabet. This exercise also trains the hand for writing as the child traces the shapes in the manner and direction that they are written.
