"The electric circuits set is a tool for understanding how electricity works in circuits. Students are able to perform experiments that explore the concepts of voltage, current and resistance in simple circuits. The design of the board and accessories allows students to connect circuits that clearly match their diagrams."

1 digital multimeter (1 multimeter, 1 CD-ROM (3 1/8"), 2 sets of wires, each set has a black wire and a red one, 2 alligator clips, 1 safety sheet with supplement, 3 instruction sheets in English, French, Spanish, with a supplement in English, 1 features sheet), 1 electric circuits equipment module (1 assembly instructions sheet, 1 electric circuits table, 1 potentiometer, 2 battery holders with 1 extra wire, 6 light bulbs, 3 light bulb holders, 6 green short-length wires, 2 blue medium-length wires, 2 brown long-length wires, 2 green five-ohm resistors, 1 blue ten-ohm resistor, 1 red twenty-ohm resistor, 2 knife switches), 1 electric circuits curriculum resource guide binder with a reference guide in pocket.

The CPO curriculum resource guide contains investigations that have been carefully developed to meet the needs of students of different skill levels and grades. Level A Investigations are introductory in nature and intended for late elementary or middle school (grades 5-8). Level B are for intermediate students, or those in advanced middle school or introductory high school (grades 8-12). Level C are for students with advanced math skills and prior science knowledge (grades 10-college).
